The cats were found on 3 May in horrible conditions in Ruislip, a wooded area in the northwest of London. One of the cats was hung on a tree with open belly and bulging eyes, another animal was attached to the body on the floor. Certain pieces of fur and meat seemed to have been burned. Knives, scissors and gas burners were also found on the spot.
‘I really want to kill anyone’
The research showed that one of the perpetrators had stored violent notes on his mobile phone. “I really want to kill anyone,” he wrote in it. “I looked up for days how you can escape the dish after you have committed a murder. I got close. I killed cats to hold my tendencies. I stitched cats, stabbed and filled.”
Important information also emerged from the reading of the telephone of the other perpetrator. The girl had placed a call on a website for ads stating that she wanted to buy three kittens. In the months prior to the facts, she had downloaded photos of mutilated kittens.
Pre -planned facts
According to the London judge, it was clearly pre -planned facts. “I don’t know who of you took the initiative, but you bear an equal responsibility,” it sounded in the judgment. According to the judge, the first (male) perpetrator showed a lack of empathy.
The British animal protection services inform the French press agency AFP when requested that between 2021 and 2024 they have observed an increase of 42 percent in the number of reports of animal abuse on cats. According to the BBC, the police are now investigating possible ties with an international network of animal dealers who spread videos of tortured and killed cats on the internet.
