The five injured people have complaints on their back, neck and face, the police spokesperson said.
The two buses are on the emergency lane and the Wijkertunnel is closed. For the supporters, replacement buses have been called to take them to De Kuip in Rotterdam as quickly as possible.
Eyewitness: “Could divert just in time”
“We drove behind the bumped bus and our bus driver Hannie was able to turn just in time when that bus rolled back for us,” says Sten, a supporter on the way to Rotterdam.
“It looked serious, but it seems that it is not so bad,” says Sten. “All bus drivers got out to see if it had gone well. We have stood still for a few minutes and are now on our way to Rotterdam. We hope that the rest can also go that way soon.”
