The Twitter social network is working intermittently: several correspondents of RBC reported that the main page opens, but new messages are not loaded.
Some other RBC employees said that their service is working fine.
According to Downdetector, users started complain about problems with Twitter from 12:00 Moscow time. Most of the complaints (60%) are related to the operation of the website, and users also report problems with the application.
According to the crash map, similar messages arrive from the European part of Russia, including Moscow and St. Petersburg.
