Twente hosted PEC Zwolle in the second week of the Netherlands Eredivisie.
Twente, who will be a guest of Fenerbahçe in the UEFA European Conference League Play-Off Round in the middle of the week, won 3-1 from the field. The goals that brought the victory to Twente were scored by Sadilek in the 18th minute, Steijn in the 76th minute and Schendelaar in the 90+4th minute. Druijf scored Zwolle’s only goal in the fight from the penalty spot in the 33rd minute.
Twente will be the guest of Fenerbahçe in the first match of the Play-Off tour on Thursday, August 24.
