Twelve artists support Collboni with an exhibition on “the best Barcelona”

A dozen artists has inaugurated this Wednesday a exposure which, under the name of The best Barcelonapromotes the support platform “Bo per BCN” to the candidacy of the mayor of the PSC in the Catalan capital, Jaume Collboni.

Among the 12 artists who have worked in the exhibition in support of the socialist candidate –open to the public until March 25 in the Uvedoble Art Studio room- highlights Javier Mariscal, creator of Cobithe mascot of the Olympic Games in Barcelona in 1992, as explained by “Bo per BCN” in a statement.

The rest of the artists are Helena Sans, Kamil Escruela, Carme Solé Vendrell, Perico Pastor, Robert Llimós, Catalina Parra, Medina Òscar, Anna Revuelto, Jenny Larsson, Teresa Unsain and Takayuki Maejima.

Jaume Collboni has attended the presentation of the exhibition, designed by Jaume Escala, which has a dozen works that symbolize “diversity, modernity and the Mediterranean spirit that emanates from the city”. The socialist candidate thanked the artists for their work, accompanied by family, friends, the driving group and spokespersons for the platform and relevant members of the world of culture in Barcelona.
