16 -year -old Oliver Rosenholm is a recent winner of The Voice of Finland.
– Very happy feeling. Awesome that this was the case.
This is what commented on the phone on Friday night crowned fresh The Voice of Finland winner Oliver Rosenholm16.
Rosenholm competed in the final in Logomo, Turku with three other finalists. When the winner was announced at the end of the evening and Rosenholm heard his own name, everything stopped.
– Seconds felt very long. That feeling is difficult to describe. I felt like this just had to go. But at the same time, I wondered if this is really true now.
The situation was unreal and confusing. Rosenholm had already thought about the possibility of victory in advance. Many others at least believed in it.
– The Voice of Finland has 16 winners, that is, all of those who got live. I have always been with the idea of living a moment at a time, Rosenholm describes.
The attitude has been worth it. In the race, everything can turn over at any time – it has been noticed by Rosenholm.
Was to drop
Namely, the young competitor’s journey was broken in the dueling stage. Originally Sannin Rosenholm, who competed in the team Julia Janaka against. Sanni chose Janaka as the go.
Oliver Rosenholm, who competed against Julia Janakka, had fallen in the dueling stage. Saku Tiainen, Nelonen
Rosenholm’s journey could have been broken to it. However, coaches competing in the dueling stage have the opportunity to capture a falling competitor for their team. So happened to Rosenholm, and Arttu Wiskari rescued him to his own team. As a protector of Wiskar, Rosenholm’s journey continued to victory.
The threat of drops scared Rosenholm.
– It made it very close. There I realized even more that I now have to enjoy every second and take all the joy out of the unique experience, Rosenholm recalls.
In the end, Julia Janaka’s road also reached the finals. According to Rosenholm, it is particularly wonderful.
– It was the best option. We competed together first, then for a moment and again together again. We are really good friends today. It’s wonderful that we found each other, Rosenholm says.
Rosenholm says he changed a few words with Sann after the finals.
– Sanni was very happy and proud for me. It was wonderful to change a few thoughts with him.
Rosenholm is not bitter that Sanni was ready to drop him out of the race.
– I think this was to go just like that. He had two very good winners. I believe he stands behind this decision.
Different coaches
At the end of the day, Rosenholm is delighted to have experience with two different coaches teams. He describes the exchange of the team as a “renewal experience”.
– We started on a clean table. Artu’s team members have been terribly nice, it has been great to get to know the group.
According to Rosenholm, Arttu Wiskari and Sanni were really different coaches.
– We are really different with Artu, but we have good discussions and always find the golden middle. He always understands my thoughts and I understand his thoughts.
– It was also wonderful to work with Sann. With him, perhaps we watched a little more from the point of view of the artist.
– I feel that both could give me a lot. I’m happy to have a visit to two teams, Rosenholm says.

In the finals Rosenholm performed two songs: Topi Sorsakoski & Agents song Guitar of sorrows mixed Andrew Lloyd Webber The Phantom of the Opera.
Also last year’s winner, Elastic team Laura’s rose presented in the finals The Phantom of the Opera. Rosenholm says it’s a pure coincidence. He only realized afterwards that he had chosen the same song for the finals as a rose.
– The Phantom of the Opera is my favorite musical. I have dreamed that I can pull that song big and with the right band. I got my dream come true. It was absolutely wonderful, Rosenholm sighs.
Support troops
Oliver Rosenholm was encouraging a large crowd on Friday night’s broadcast. Two sisters, brother, parents and godparents sat in the places of supporters, and there were more relatives and friends elsewhere.
“I take good care here,” Rosenholm rejoices.
After the final broadcast, Rosenholm went to sit with his loved ones and chew everything that had happened in recent weeks.
The loved ones were reportedly not surprised by the victory of Rosenholm. Some had already made a profit when Rosenholm said he had applied for the competition.
– Quite quickly, I crumbled to see if I could even get to the test songs, the winner laughs.
– They have been terribly excited about this. It is wonderful that the group lives with this story of us.

Baby
Rosenholm is the youngest winner of the history of The Voice of Finland in June, 17 years old. Rosenholm is a student: a year ago, he started studying a waiter in restaurant and catering in Lappeenranta, a Vocational College in Saimaa Vocational College.
Rosenholm’s goal would be to graduate as a waitress in a year. However, the TVOF victory may change the plans, as the calendar has already begun to fill in different performances.
Rosenholm has had to be out of school due to TVOF exercises and descriptions. The school has been well treated and teachers have encouraged.
In particular, the words of one person have come to mind.
“One of the school staff told me that don’t worry, schools will be able to attend, but this competition is now such a unique thing, you focus on your attention,” says Rosenholm.
In the future, Rosenholm dreams of a career in music and musicals. As a TVOF prize, he received an agreement for the record company and will soon be working on singles. Rosenholm also continues to gig. He performs as a solo artist and performs cover songs.
– Hopefully a little bigger gig will start to get a little bigger to get the seats in, Rosenholm laughs.
