“TV total” presenter Pufpaff has Corona – but Raab will not represent him

Comedian Sebastian Pufpaff, new host of “TV total”, has been infected with the corona virus.

“Sebastian Pufpaff is suffering from Corona and unfortunately cannot moderate “TV total” tomorrow. We promise we’ll find a fantastic replacement for Wednesday,” his broadcaster ProSieben reported on Tuesday.

At the same time, ProSieben made it clear: “Before rumors arise: Stefan Raab cannot take over “TV total” tomorrow.” It was initially unclear whether the 45-year-old would only be out this week.

Pufpaff speaks up via Twitter

Pufpaff added on Twitter: “TVtotal will still take place and I can say it will be.wait.legendary. As a person who has been vaccinated twice and who has also been boosted, I can say that my corona course is not a footbath, but I feel well armed and can only recommend this starting position to everyone!”

While the comedian didn’t give details, he wrote: “A good friend is taking over TVtotal and I can, may, will and must say there is no better representation. Interesting experience, you sit in front of the TV and are overwhelmed with information about Corona and suddenly you realize, shit, I got it.”

Since last autumn, the satirist Pufpaff has been moderating the new edition of the comedy show “TV total” originally developed by Stefan Raab, and has achieved very good ratings with it.

Raab, once the figurehead, has only been active behind the scenes since then. The program is recorded, but is only produced a short time before it is broadcast on Wednesday evenings at 8:15 p.m.
