In the FIBA Olympic Qualification Tournament hosted by Turkey, Sweden was the semi-final opponent of the A National Men’s Basketball Team.
In the match played at the Sinan Erdem Sports Hall, Sweden defeated Belgium 79-78 and finished Group D in second place after Croatia and advanced to the semi-finals.
The National Team, which won all 3 matches against Iceland, Bulgaria and Ukraine and finished Group C as the leader, will compete against Sweden in the semi-finals on Friday, August 18 at 20:00 at Sinan Erdem Sports Hall.
Croatia, which made 3 out of 3 by passing the Netherlands with a score of 89-81 in its last match in Group D, will play in the final against Ukraine, the runner-up in Group C.
The Croatia-Ukraine match will be played on Friday, 18 August at 17.00.
The final match of the tournament is on Sunday, August 20 at 20:00.
