Juan Ortiz, How were your beginnings in your profession?
I started studying percussion at the age of 17, then I pursued my career as a professional musician at the University of Contemporary Music. At the same time that I was studying music, I realized my interest in how work teams work and decided to unite music with coaching. I started working with specialists, and I also trained as coach. This helped me understand the great impact that have music and coaching combined: they are powerful tools for motivate people and strengthen work groups.
