An earthquake with a magnitude of 7.6 occurred on Friday evening local time in the Caribbean Sea, north of the Central American country Honduras. The American Seismological Institute (USGS) reports this. Shortly after, a tsunamiwaarschuwing applied, but it has since been lifted.
