Fisnik Asllani from TSG Hoffenheim is one of the shooting stars of the still young Bundesliga season and, according to Sky, has attracted interest from major clubs. “My dream club was always FC Barcelona, I always wanted to play there. I would like to play in the Champions League at some point. It’s important to have dreams and work towards something,” said the 23-year-old attacker to “Sport Bild”. He will be one of the big winners in the market value update on October 14th.
In the first six matchdays, Asllani scored four goals and one assist, making him one of the top scorers in the Bundesliga. The good performances of the Kosovar, who was loaned out to SV Elversberg last season, attracted interested parties in the summer, but he extended his contract in Kraichgau until 2029. According to “Sky”, Asllani secured an exit clause and is said to have attracted interest from Spain and England, among others.
In Elversberg, Asllani was able to increase his market value tenfold to 8 million euros thanks to 29 scorers in 37 games. As a look at the market value analysis reveals, the attacker will also make significant gains in the Bundesliga update on October 14th. “Without me having any insider knowledge, but if I think about who a sports director would be more likely to sign for the same sums (Demirovic, Burkardt or Asllani), then it probably makes me wonder at least. Asllani has guard measurements and, in addition to many strong, typical striker characteristics, the ability to be involved in combination play,” comments TM user “Der_Runkler_Rote”. In the summer, 21 million euros flowed from Frankfurt to Mainz for Jonathan Burkardt; a year earlier, VfB Stuttgart paid 23 million euros to FC Augsburg for Ermedin Demirovic.
TM user “Parensen” is also in favor of a significant increase: “He is now outgrowing his talent age. That’s why I wouldn’t see an extreme increase, but it should be possible to double his MW. There were market signals in the summer too.” The TM community values the two-footed Asllani at an average of 18.4 million euros – which would make him the most valuable TSG professional.
