Donald Trump has ordered the efforts of soldiers in Portland, a city in the US state of Oregon. The US president says that he does this at the request of his Minister of Interior Security. In the city there would be a “war status”: facilities of the Immigration and Customs enforcement department (ICE) “be besieged and threatened by Antifa and other domestic terrorists.”
