The way we feed is totally crossed by our emotions, beliefs, links, and moments of life. We do not eat only for physiological hunger, many times we eat to calm, cover or sustain something that we do not know how to manage, that is why it is necessary to see people in their complexity, Understanding that food is not only what we eat, but also what we feel, think and share.
Many people arrive to me with a long history of diets, frustrations and pain, sometimes feeling guilt for what they eat, losing themselves in aesthetic demands or contradictory messages, looking for quick responses to symptoms that have been brewing for some time. In that context, my task is to generate a space for listening and containment, accompanying each person in an integral way, working together to release mandates, and reconnect with internal signs of hunger, satiety, pleasure and rest.
Conscious food Invite to eat in a present way, without judgment, in the here and now. It helps us connect, pay attention and realize how we eat and what drives us to eat. It is not about following rules but also cultivating an internal listening that guides you with kindness and without pressures, understanding our own rhythms, needs and imbalances.
In each session or retirement I seek that each being finds its unique nature. Accompanying from respect and compassion is seeing the other in its entirety, without wanting to change it quickly. The important thing is to generate a safe space where it can be heard, heal its link with food and recover self -confidence. That for me is the only possible path, true transformation is born from love, not from judgment.
The body is always willing to speak, you just need to be heard, learning to trust it and recognize what you need, without imposing what “should be.”
