Normally, supply can be supplied from 7 a.m. (the end time differs per neighborhood), but entrepreneurs had already requested to broaden the times. Due to the closures during the Festival on the Ring they made that request again this month.

The municipality agreed and therefore also agrees with a test the four weeks thereafter. Entrepreneurs and carriers can then start supplying from 6 a.m. instead of 7 a.m.
The municipality looks at what effect this has on supply outside the city and whether this has consequences for nuisance in the neighborhood. This concerns, for example, noise and traffic.
