The police arrested a 65-year-old truck driver on Saturday after he broke a fence at Doc Kaas in Hoogeveen. According to the police, the man was under the influence.
The truck driver wanted to unload his load at the dairy, but drove to the wrong entrance. Eventually he knocked over a fence and came to a halt in a ditch.
A hospital visit turned out not to be necessary, the man was not injured. He did have to go to the police station.
