The traveler misbehaved tonight around 8:30 PM together with another traveler in a train compartment. According to a witness, the duo did not have a valid train ticket, but the police cannot confirm this.
The two people were approached by a conductor, but they continued to misbehave and threatened the NS employee with pepper spray. The conductor sounded the alarm and let all travelers who were bothered by the troublemakers get off at Naarden-Bussum station.
The duo then took the break. The police, who had arrived in the meantime, started looking for them. The suspects were eventually found near Naarden-Bussum station.
One of the suspects was tasered during the arrest. “That doesn’t just happen,” a police spokesperson said. “This suspect must have put up quite a fight.”
