Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang makes the switch from Chelsea to Olympique Marseille. The 34-year-old striker from Gabon, born in France, continues Fabrizio Romano shortly his signature under one commitment until mid-2026. Aubameyang still has a one-year contract in London, but the Premier League club would be willing to accept him transfer free.
Aubameyang broke through at Borussia Dortmund, where he played between 2023 and 2018. After four years at Arsenal he made in 2021 the transfer to FC Barcelona. There he was an important value in his first six months, but after the arrival of Robert Lewandowski, Aubameyang was quickly superfluous at Barça. He also failed to become a basic player at Chelsea.
