Sevilla Club announced that an agreement was reached with Al-Shabab for the transfer of 35-year-old midfielder Rakitic.
Rakitic, who played 106 times for the Croatian National Team and scored 15 goals, played for Sevilla, Basel, Schalke 04 and Barcelona throughout his career.
Rakitic played 323 matches in Sevilla, where he played for two seasons, 2011-2014 and 2020-2024, scoring 51 goals and making 63 assists.
