A train from OUIGO, the low-cost brand of the French railway company SNCF, stranded north of Lyon on Monday afternoon. Passengers were stuck without air conditioning for almost two hours before they could leave the train. Laurence Ryckaert from Geraardsbergen is one of the stranded travelers. “The temperature in the train rose to almost 50 degrees,” she tells our tip line 4040.
