Horror in France at the gruesome murder of Théo (11): ‘We all heard the mother’s screams’

The city of Rennes is in shock after the death of 11-year-old Théo, who died from strangulation. His lifeless body was found on the banks of the Vilaine River, right in the city center, with “a wet towel tied tightly around his neck.” Two teenagers aged 15 and 16 have been arrested on suspicion of murder.
