A busy morning rush hour around the Lankhorst junction, near Meppel. There are long traffic jams on both the A28 and the A32 in the direction of Zwolle, the ANWB reports.
The traffic jams are caused by an accident, just after the junction. At its peak, delays on both highways were about an hour. The delay is now decreasing again.
It is not clear whether there were any casualties in the accident.
