The new Hilux in the mild hybrid version, with the 48V hybrid system, it represents the Japanese company’s point of reference for the European market. Under the hood there is a 2.8 liter diesel engine combined with a 48V lithium ion battery which, in addition to guaranteeing a quieter and smoother transmission, offers greater efficiency in terms of consumption and lower CO2 emissions compared to the variant equipped exclusively with a diesel engine. The load capacity of the new Toyota pick-up has been maintained, with a maximum payload of one tonne and towing capacity of 3.5 tons. Completing the offer is the proverbial robustness of a model designed to face even the most extreme solutions, with a fording capacity of up to 700 mm deep and a MultiTerrain Select (combined with the Multi-Terrain Monitor and the Panoramic View Monitor for precise maneuvers on the most complicated surfaces) which optimizes vehicle performance even on the most rugged terrain.

full electric, debut with extensive autonomy

Eight generations after its debut and over 27 million in global sales, the Toyota Hilux is ready to debut in an unprecedented electric version.
