Toppers open concert series with emotional tribute to sick Freek Rikkerink

For a packed Arena in Amsterdam, the Toppers brought a tribute to the sick Freek Rikkerink (32) on Friday evening. During their speech at the opening of the Toppers concerts, René Froger, Jan Smit, Gerard Joling and Jeroen van der Boom considered the sad news that Freek has been diagnosed with metastatic lung cancer.
