The NFL draft is just around the corner and is eagerly awaited by teams and fans. Top Prospect Cam Ward has now caused a little less tension.
Almost a week before the NFL Draft, the signs have a strong condensation that the Tennessee Titans choose a new quarterback with the first pick and make CAM Ward a titanium.
The quarterback itself could have converted the last doubters. Ward was online with a friend and streamed while playing the video game “Fortnite”. In the stream, he was asked about his top running backs in the NFL.
The inclined NFL fan should initially come to mind names like Saquon Barkley, Derrick Henry or Christian McCaffrey. Ward, however, started his list with Tony Pollard and Tyjae Spears. Both happen to play at the Tennessee Titans.
And his wide receiver ranking also shows deep. Here he mentions Calvin Ridley as number one in front of Ja’marr Chase and Justin Jefferson. And in fourth place? There is Treylon Burks. Accordingly, he also has two receivers of the Titans in his list of passport recipients.
With all respect for the sporting quality of the actors, it is more than “suspicious” to set up your ranking.
NFL: Titans cancel workouts
However, the statements of the top prospectus are only the tip of the iceberg, which actually no longer allow any other conclusion than the Roger Goodell calls the name of the Miami Quarterback first.
For example, the Titans canceled the workouts of Travis Hunter and Shedeur Sanders. For Zac Jackson of “The Athletic” a clear sign that the Titans’ decision is certain.
“When the Titans canceled their private training sessions with Hunter and Sanders, it was unofficially confirmed that Tennessee was set with Ward as number 1,” wrote Jackson. “Several sources from the league believe that the browns and Giants have been working under this assumption for weeks,” it continues.
