Top civil servant Frank Robben has submitted his resignation as a member of the Data Protection Authority (DPA). That reports the newspaper Le Soir. Robben sent his letter of resignation to Chamber President Éliane Tillieux. In June last year, the European Commission launched an infringement procedure against Belgium over the independence of the GBA.
