Tomorrow takes over A-Cold-Wall completely

A-Cold-Wall was entirely owned by Tomorrow Ltd. accepted.

The London-based fashion agency was previously a minority shareholder in the British streetwear brand. Now Samuel Ross, who founded the brand twelve years ago, announced in an interview with the trade magazine Vogue Business that the remaining shares will also be owned by Tomorrow. The company also holds a majority stake in the Martine Rose brand.

Tomorrow initially works with A-Cold-Wall as a license sales partner and secured its first minority stake in the brand in 2018. The company later also invested in other brands such as Coperni, Martine Rose and Charles Jeffery Loverboy.

A-Cold-Wall will now be led by Giovanni De Marchi as Managing Director, while William Slocombe will serve as Art Director and Liam Hassimi as Brand Director. Martinetto noted that the team has opted for a “collective approach” instead of a creative director as the brand continues to expand in the UK, North America, China and Korea.
