Reporter and news anchor Tommy Fräntin the family was met with great sorrow. Fränti shared a wistful post on his Instagram account, where he talks about the death of a loved one.
– Today we said goodbye to a wonderful person. My children’s grandfather, he writes alongside the publication.

In his publication, Fränti remembers his loved ones beautifully.
– Until the end, you encouraged and saw the good, you rejoiced in the happiness of others. Now you have all the seas and all the winds of the world.
In the touching publication, many have left a part of their take on the family’s grief.
Most recently, the family faced great sad news when Fränt’s wife Saara Kovero died in March 2022. At that time, Fränti described that he is not a single parent, but still a father to his children.
