Playing in everyday life is important
He announced his diagnosis in an interview with the online magazine “IGN” on the occasion of his new cooperation with Lego. When asked about the importance of playing in everyday life, he replied: “I think it really helps.” With ADHD and as a dyslexic, he finds it “a little intimidating when someone gives me an empty canvas. And sometimes you come across such challenges when developing a figure.”
Be creatively challenged
Holland continued in conversation about the diagnosis with ADHD and dyslexia: “Any possibility that you have as a young person or as an adult to interact with something that forces you to be creative, to look outside the box and make changes that may be in a instruction or not, promote healthy creativity. And I think the more we do, the better.”
Holland is currently working on two blockbuster films. He will play Telemachus in Christopher Nolaan’s film “The Odyssey”, the son of the Odysseus embodied by Matt Damon. The epic is to be officially released on July 16, 2026. He also returns to the Marvel universe with “Spider-Man: Brand New Day”. This film is also to be released in the summer of next year.
