Eleven environmental and nature associations, including Bond Beter Leefmilieu, Natuurpunt and Dryade, go to the Constitutional Court to challenge the Environmental Decree of the Flemish Government. According to the organizations involved, that “Rommel Decree” is a “umpteenth attempt to deviate from the spatial implementation plans.”
