Tina Nijkamp, like juice channel Reality FBI, knows who will win the new season of The Voice Kids, but does not want to make it public. “Yes, that is quite annoying.”
The Voice Kids will only be broadcast on RTL 4 from the end of summer, but the final was already recorded in November last year. That was over eight months ago. And as is the way with secrets in a small world like the TV world: they don’t stay secrets for long. According to Reality FBI, the winner’s name is already spreading like wildfire.
Does it leak out?
TV authority Tina Nijkamp now also knows who will win the program. “That message has now also arrived in my DMs. Yes, that is annoying,” she says in her podcast Tina’s TV Update.
She continues: “It doesn’t matter much to me, although I would rather not have known because I am an avid viewer of The Voice, but I hope it doesn’t leak out, so to speak.”
Very stupid
Tina hopes it stays under wraps. “I would find that really stupid and also very annoying for RTL and the production company ITV of course, so well, I hope that it is left at that. That the storm will now blow over and that everyone can just watch The Voice Kids together.”
She concludes: “It is striking and let it once again be a lesson for RTL: don’t record it so far in advance and just do the finale live. That seems to me to be the ultimate solution for this.”
