Tim Wellens has won the Renewi Tour (formerly Eneco Tour, BinckBank Tour and Benelux Tour). It is the third time for the 32-year-old Belgian that he has won the WorldTour stage race, after 2014 and 2015. Wellens is now the sole record holder. The Norwegian Edvald Boasson Hagen (2009 and 2011) and the Spaniard José Iván Gutiérrez (2007 and 2008) triumphed twice.
