The police brought two dogs to the shelter: Isa, a chihuahua of more than 10 years old, and UDO, a bulldog of seven years. Both animals were severely neglected. Isa had extremely overweight and too long nails, which were immediately cared for. Udo only had one eye, dragged his abdomen and could hardly stand on his own.

A day later his condition deteriorated. In a specialized veterinary clinic, veterinarians, among other things, found paralysis of the hind legs, untreated hernias, and metastatic cancer. Because he threatened to choke and there was no prospect of recovery, it was decided to release him from his suffering.
