Tiger Woods (47) is facing a war of roses!

Erica Herman, the golf star’s ex-girlfriend, accuses him of cheating her out of the right to live in his villa – and is suing for $ 30 million.

The couple lived on an estate on Jupiter Island, Florida, for six years before separating last fall. According to Herman, she could have lived there until 2027. She claims to have had a verbal contract with Woods.

But like the celebrity portal “TMZreported, Erica Herman alleges in her lawsuit that Tiger Woods tricked her out of the $50 million home. Tiger’s people are said to have convinced her to pack her bags for a short vacation. The golf star is said to have driven her to the airport himself and told her that he had changed the locks.

According to the complaint, a lawyer for Tiger Woods was there and offered to clarify any outstanding issues. Erica Herman also accused her ex of withholding $40,000 in cash she had stored at the property.

The 30 million claim is compensation for the allegedly lost five years of housing rights. Because the property is extremely luxurious, is located near the posh resort of West Palm Beach. Woods had the mega palace (including its own golf course) built after his divorce in 2010 for the equivalent of 46 million euros.

The lawsuit is not aimed directly at Woods, but at his foundation, which owns the house. Spicy: According to TMZ, Herman signed a non-disclosure agreement. In order to be able to break that, she stated that her case also involves sexual abuse. She did not give details.

The Tiger Woods Foundation denies there ever was a verbal contract between Herman and the golf star. She only lived there as his girlfriend.
