In the statement on the official website of Trabzonspor, it was stated that the club donated all the income from the sales of grandstands and souvenir tickets for the Basel match played at home in the first match of the UEFA European Conference League play-off tour to AFAD for use in the earthquake zone.
The statement noted:
“The ticket revenue of 6 million 196 thousand 547 TL + VAT in total was transferred to AFAD through Ziraat Bank in order to heal the wounds of our earthquake victims, even to a little bit. On this occasion, all who show interest in tickets by showing once again that we are #Alive, regardless of color. We would like to thank the fans of our teams for their sensitivity.”
