CROSS-CROSS – The Belgian Thibau Nys has won the eighth cross of the World Cup. On the fast course in Dendermonde, Nys was faster in the sprint than Dutch champion Tibor Del Grosso from Eelde.
Belgian Laurens Sweeck, the leader in the World Cup rankings, came third.
Mathieu van der Poel, who has won the past four World Cup races, skipped the cross in Dendermonde, Belgium.
