The Dutch cyclist Tibor del Grosso has become world champion with the promises for the second time in a row. The 21-year-old driver from Eelde was the top favorite and fulfilled that status in Liévin, France, from the first round. Del Grosso previously insured himself from the World Cup, the regularity classification among the riders under 23 years of age.
