Three justices appointed to the Supreme Court | News item

The Council of Ministers has approved the appointment of three justices to the Supreme Court. mr. CN Dalebout, mr. TB Trotman and mr. F. Posthumus will sit in the criminal chamber of the Supreme Court next year. The new justices have been appointed on the recommendation of the House of Representatives.

Mrs. Dalebout (1970) is currently a justice at the Amsterdam Court of Appeal and will start at the Supreme Court on 1 January 2023. Mrs. Trotman (1969) will start on 1 April 2023. She currently works as a justice at the court in The Hague. Mr. Posthumus (1962) is Advocate General at the Public Prosecution Service in Amsterdam and will become a justice in the Supreme Court on 1 September 2023.
