Müller hits St. Louis to victory

In the second game of the Vancouver Whitecaps, Thomas Müller was already on the pitch at the beginning. He scored the winning goal shortly before the end.
In the second competitive game of the Vancouver Whitecaps FC against St. Louis, newcomer Thomas Müller stood on the lawn from the start. In front of a home crowd, the guests shocked the team of the former Bayern star after 13 minutes.
Another German player, Eduard Löwen, took a pass from Conrad Wallem and headed him into the goal. At St. Louis, former Schalke Timo Baumgartl and the ex-St. Pauli player Marcel Hartel were also in the starting eleven. After a free kick, he promoted the ball into the goal.
Shortly before the end, excitement again. Müller’s teammate Laborda fell to the ground in the penalty area of St. Louis. Waiting for minutes for the VAR decision-and it was out for Vancouver.
