Amazon Prime Video has unveiled at an event today its commitment to its own production in Spain. The platform gains strength in our country and is launched to make, among others, its first original Spanish film. Its titled ‘Tomorrow is today’, a comedy directed by Nacho Velilla and starring Carmen Machi, Silvia Abril and Javier Gutiérrez.
On the other hand, the company announces ‘Awareness’, his second film of his own production in Spain, although they have not revealed too many details. It is a science fiction film “in the purest blockbuster style” with “con artists, supernatural powers and adolescent dramons”, directed by Daniel Benmayor.

Also, a new series: ‘Red Queen’. It is an adaptation of one of the best-selling literary triologies by Juan Gómez Jurado. It will not be the only one, since the platform also prepares ‘No footprints’. Produced by Zeta Studios, it is a comedy in which two cleaners, a Mexican and a gypsy, go to clean a house and discover a body. After seeing him, they flee with a loot that will bring him problems.
