This is why 49 traffic offenders in the North are subject to stricter control and may be followed by the police

Just like this time last year, the Northern Netherlands police are sending more than 500 persistent traffic offenders a warning letter. An additional group of 49 northerners who have shown no improvement will receive another letter. This one is stricter in tone. Recipients can expect “more active control.”
