What will the PSV selection do on Sunday? The people of Eindhoven can become champions, but they are dependent on Feyenoord. Peter Bosz will celebrate Easter with his grandchildren, but may leave Easter a little earlier during a championship.

At half past three Feyenoord kicks off in Volendam against the local FC. Feyenoord not winning? Then the bowl goes to Eindhoven. However, it is also Easter Sunday and so the selection and trainer Peter Bosz are faced with a dilemma: will they watch football or make time for the family?

If it were up to Ismael Saibari, the entire selection would come to watch the Feyenoord match. “I’m going to invite the whole team,” says the man who scored two goals against FC Utrecht. However, he does not expect Peter Bosz to come. “I think he would rather go to his grandchildren.”

Bosz confirms those plans. “If all goes well, I will go to my grandchildren. And even if Feyenoord does not win, I will stay with my grandchildren.” Press officer Nick Tol disagrees. “We’ll talk about that later,” he jokes to Bosz.

The 62-year-old coach has no idea what the plans are for a possible championship. “I am not on the party committee. I hope it is as soon as possible.” Tol takes his foot off the accelerator: “Let’s watch the match first.”

On March 15, PSV also had a chance to become champion on a free Sunday, when Feyenoord played at home against Excelsior. The selection then trained together and then watched the match at De Herdgang. But that’s not going to happen now.

It is expected that the selection will appear in front of the public somewhere on Sunday during a possible championship.
