Drinking a beer in a cafe and shouting your favorite football team to victory will always be possible – even at the highest alarm level. Throwing off your dancing legs or going to a swinging music concert is only possible if the corona barometer is on green or orange. That is what it says in the provisional version of corona commissioner Pedro Facon.
