The “premier class” goes into the new season with 24 races. All dates and information at a glance.

The hunt for the world championship title begins in Australia: Formula 1 is starting “Down Under” with the race in Melbourne for the first time since the 2019 season. From March 14th, defending champion Max Verstappen (Red Bull) and his rivals will fight for victories in the “premier class” of racing.

Does the Dutch win its fifth title in a row? This will be the top competition around Lando Norris and Oscar Piatri (McLaren), who want to prevent the new dream duo Lewis Hamilton and Charles Leclerc at Ferrari and George Russell and Andrea Kimi Antonelli at Mercedes. Everything indicates a gripping four -time fight between the teams. Already over the past season, at least McLaren’s class leader Red Bull was at least equal.

There are again six sprint races: in China, Miami, Belgium, Austin, Brazil and Qatar will be Sprint-Quali and Sprintren races part of the race weekend. Belgium replaces Austria, which still had the sprint in 2024.
