Summer brings a slew of different summer festivals, which once again attract tens of thousands of Finns. In the coming festival summer, we will see, as usual, top international artists and bands. For example, Lorde, Ghost and David Quetta are coming to perform at Finnish festivals this summer.
Festival ticket prices have been getting higher every year. Today, a festival-goer has to pay up to 60 euros more for a three-day ticket than five years ago.
We compared the ticket prices for Finland’s biggest festivals over the past five years. The biggest festivals were not organized in 2020 and 2021 due to the coronavirus pandemic, so these years have been left out of the comparison.
Ruisrock (3 days)
2018: 165 euros
2019: 199 euros
2022: 215 euros
2023: 225 euros
Ruisrock’s ticket price has increased by 60 euros in five years. The Ruisrock campsite ticket has also become more expensive over the past five years. In 2018, you could set up a tent at the Artukainen camp for 25 euros. Now in the summer of 2023 the price is 49 euros.
Flow Festival (3 days)
2018: 215 euros
