Entertainer and scooter head HP Baxxter has a new girlfriend: The love at his side is a 22-year-old student named Sara, who is studying real estate. There is no further information for now. For a few weeks now, the followers of Hans Peter Geerdes, the real name of the 59-year-old, have been able to see the young woman on his Instagram account. Five weeks ago they were also together in the Berlin techno club Berghain, as can be seen in a post.
On Monday, May 29, Baxxter confirmed in an interview with “Bild”: “Yes, we’ve been together for about three months.” As he also says in the interview, the Munich native recently moved to Baxxter’s hometown of Hamburg, where the two eventually met. In addition, Sara accompanies him to events and scooter gigs throughout Germany.

Why HP Baxxter Hasn’t Found a Girlfriend Before: “I don’t want to be with me either!”
In April 2021, Baxxter explained why he couldn’t find a girlfriend: In an interview with the radio station “MDR JUMP”, he said: “I don’t want to be with myself either. Honestly!”
HP Baxxter explained why a stable relationship didn’t work out at the time: “If you’re so versatile, it’ll be difficult. If you’re not just into one style of music or just chic or more underground. There are so many facets and I just like so many things. I also think it’s nice when you have a partner who also goes along with everything and thinks everything is great. But I think a lot of people in general are very blinkered about their own area of interest.”
Baxxter was married from 2006 to 2011. After that he was in a few relationships and then longer with model Lysann Geller, the separation followed in 2021.

It was not until January 2023 that Scooter and founding member HP Baxxter announced that they had been revived: the group became a trio again. The band announced the new members on Instagram: Jay Frog (already part of Scooter from 2002 to 2006) and the 23-year-old young producer Marc Blou. Before that, in December 2022, Sebastian Schilde and Michael Simon had left the band.
The first song of the new formation, “Waste Your Youth”, was released on January 13th. “Techno Is Back” was released in April.
