In the Bundesliga, the championship fight could be decided on the 31st matchday. To do this, FC Bayern would have to win his game at FSV Mainz 05 and Leverkusen would have to leave points against FC Augsburg – whether in the form of a draw or a defeat. A draw or a defeat would then mean descent.
