Overnight raised rolls are one of the best in the roll recipes if you like crispy, inside soft rolls. Make a simple dough in the evening to wait in the refrigerator, and in the morning only the dough balls are moved to the pan and baking. This bread dough does not even need to be bothered, but just mixing is enough.

Overnight rolls

5 dl of water

10 g of yeast

2 teaspoons of salt

5 dl rolls of flour

5 dl wheat flour

1. Mix the yeast with warm water.

2. Add salt and flour. Stir until smooth, don’t bother.

3. Cover the bowl with foil and bring to the refrigerator for 12-16 hours.

4. In the morning, take the dough to room temperature and grab the same size pieces of baking paper on a baking sheet. Do not shape or flatten the dough to make the rolls fluffy.

5. Put the oven to 250 degrees and allow the rolls to rise on the pan while warming the oven.

6. Bake the rolls in a 250 degree oven for about 15 minutes.

The lovely oatmeal gave home bakers in the spring of 2024, and the ingenuity of the recipe has not disappeared. Delicious oatmeal contains oatmeal, as their name suggests, in addition to wheat flour, and the dough is created by mixing with a fork.

Oatmeal

25 g of yeast

6 dl of water

2 teaspoons of salt

1 tbsp honey

2.5 dl oatmeal

10-10.5 dl wheat flour

1. Allow the yeast to dissolve in lukewarm water.

2. Add salt and honey. Stir with a fork.

3. Add the oatmeal and wheat flour and mix the dough until smooth. The dough should remain quite loose.

4. Add flour to the surface and let the dough rise in a hacking place under the cloth for 1-2 hours.

5. Set aside the dough on a floured table and shape into three baguettes. Avoid unnecessary handling of the dough so that air bubbles do not disappear.

6. Raise the baguettes on the baking sheet over the baking paper and turn to the thread.

7. Sprinkle wheat flour over the baguettes and bake the baguettes at 275 degrees for about 15 minutes.
