For a long time only a short teaser could be heard, now the song has been officially released: “Ghosts Again” is the first single from Depeche Mode’s new album “Memento Mori”. And so fans now have the opportunity to analyze the lyrics very carefully. It is striking that what was already announced with the album title plays a major role in “Ghosts Again”: The confrontation with life and death.
Wasted feelings, what once mattered no longer matters, time flies and you have to see what the future holds – nobody can escape the course of life and when death enters our lives, things that are considered important suddenly become small and unassuming.
