Olympic winner Therese Johaug has received several huge offers in his career. Particularly one refusing to the ski star was shocked.
Just a decade ago, the watch sponsor called Johaug a Monaco F1 weekend. The sponsor would have paid for everything on their way to three days.

Ernst encouraged her protection to go on a trip, as in May the ski season had already ended. However, Johaug refused.
The Norwegian star had planned a ski trip to Sjusjøen for the same weekend Marit Bjørgen with. Latu won the luxury.
– “Are you joking? You can’t refuse like that, therese. Are you crazy?”, Johaug recalls her spouse Nils Jakob Hoffin with its reactions.
– I heard about it at home. I understand him now. It feels completely crazy that I refused. It seems even embarrassing to admit it. I went to Sjusjøen, where I’m maybe 200 days a year, the skier continues.
Ernst had thought that anyone would like to leave Norway to Monaco. So Johaug’s reaction was a surprise.

Johaug justified that there was no cars and yachts. A woman who was fully invested in her career thought that participation in the event would be out of practice.
– I skied for three hours. I thought it was more fun.
Johaug says he would go on a trip now if he received the same offer.
After the World Cup season, the Olympic winner, who returned to the tracks, announced that his career is over with 99 % certainty. However, the spouse has encouraged him to attend next winter’s Olympics.
Johaug will announce the decision on the Olympics on May 1.
