The intention was that soon the first refugees would arrive in a humanitarian center on this site. But that is not happening for now. Last Friday, the mayor had a meeting with Secretary of State for Asylum and Migration Nicole de Moor, who wants to receive a maximum of 500 refugees. The center will close again after six months anyway.
